9 a.m. to noon - Conference Room
noon to 1 p.m. - Lunch on your own
(There is a restaurant in the hotel, a mall with a food court across the street, or numerous other restaurants nearby)
1 p.m. to 4 p.m. - Conference Room
4 p.m. and into the evening - Pizza and Pajama Party
(Hotel room hopping - spend time getting to know other scrappers!)

Really sounds like fun! My plans are still up in the air right now. Hubby wants to go to the supercross in STL the weekend BEFORE this - and we can't afford 2 weekends in a row. So, I still don't know what I'm doing yet.
Hummie, is someone arranging for extension cords and power strips for the conference room? Just thinking of what all I'd need to bring along with my laptop and external HD. Thanks!
